Solutions for Acer eRecovery Management problem - Acer eRecovery Management not working.

I purchased my acer laptop yesterday. It's a Acer Aspire V3-772G-747a161.12TBDWakk. I want to make a USB recovery but i can't start up the program to do that (acer erecovery management not loading). My computer want's to start up the program but can't for some reason. I tried to restore my pc with ALT+F10 that works but still the same problem can't open the program. Has someone a idea to fix that problem.

Solution One

Power on the machine and press “F2” when the Acer logo shows up to enter BIOS. Then, check if the “D2D Recovery” option is enabled or not. If it is not, enable it and press F10 to save and exit. Reboot the computer, when you see the Acer logo, hold “ALT” and tap “F10”. The eRecovery program should now work.

Or, you can just get access to Acer eRecovery Management by:

“Start” > “All Programs” > “Acer” folder > “Acer eRecovery Management”

This will also solve acer erecovery not working problem. Just remember to back up all important data beforehand, otherwise, you may lose all your documents!

Solution Two

You can directly make use of Windows built in utility to make a USB recovery drive to indirectly solve acer erecovery management is not available problem. Here, take Windows 8 for example.

Before start, prepare an USB which is at least as big as the required space detected automatically while the process.

Step1. Enter “recovery drive” in the search box, and then choose “Create a recovery drive”. You might be asked for an admin password or to confirm your choice.

Step2.After the recovery drive tool opens, make sure the “Copy the recovery partition from the PC to the recovery drive” check box is selected.

Note:The checkbox is greyed out when your PC doesn’t have a recovery partition. The recovery drivewill include only the recovery tools and a bootable image, but not a recovery image to use for refreshing or resetting your PC.

Step3. Insert the USB flash drive into your PC and select the USB drive you would like to use for your recovery drive.

Step4. Click “Create”. The recovery image and necessary recovery tools will be copied to your USB flash drive, which will take a while, depending on your PC and the size of the recovery image.

Step5. When it finishes, remove the USB flash drive. This is now your Windows recovery drive, and you'll need it if you ever need to refresh or reset your PC. Keep it in a safe place and don't use it to store other files or data.

Thus, you do not have to worry about Acer eRecovery Management not working anymore for you don’t need it anymore.
