What is data backup?

How to back up data?
After preparing the storage media, internal hard disk, USB flash drive, or DVDs, then you can follow the steps below to backup computer data.
1. Download and run this free data backup tool on your computer.
2. At its Home screen, click “Backup” and choose “File Backup” in the next screen.
3. Under “Step 1”, if you want to add files into the backup, click “Add File”, and click “Add Folder”to include folders. If the Add Folder screen, you can set a file filter to exclude files that you do not want to backup.
4. At the same screen, click “Step 2” to select a location to receive the image backup files.
5. If you need an automatic/scheduled backup, click “Schedule” button to set up one, and then click “Start Backup” to get the backup started.
The backup time depends on how many data included in the data backup.
