Lenovo users may know that Lenovo laptop has a OneKey Recovery feature which is one solution to restore system. You can restore C drive to factory default settings or to the last backup status when system crash or system failure happens. However, it can not ensure to make Lenovo system restore without data loss. All existing data on C drive will be lost. By this token, OneKey Recovery probably is not your best choice for restoration. You can go to “Restore” tab as well. Select the image file and click “Next”. Two methods work the same anyway.
Step 2: A pop-up window will ask for your confirmation. Click “Yes”.
Step 3: Select the backup time point to restore Lenovo system.
Step 4: Choose destination here.
Step 5: Check the operation summary after confirming a pop-up window. If there’s no mistake, click “Start Restore”.
When you restore system to a dissimilar hardware, "Enable Universal Restore" will be ticked automatically.
