What is Clonezilla?
Clonezilla is a free disk/partition imaging program. It includes two editions - Clonezilla live and Clonezilla SE (server edition). Clonezilla live is suitable for single machine backup and restore, while Clonezilla SE can be used to clone many computers simultaneously. Clonezilla only saves and restores the used blocks in the hard disk, thus increases the clone efficiency.
Clonezilla can backup and restore a variety of file systems, including Linux, Mac OS, Windows, FreeBSD, NetBSD, OpenBSD (UFS), as well as VMware ESX (VMFS). For unsupported file system, sector-to-sector copy is executed by Clonezilla.
- The destination partition must be equal to or larger than the source partition;
- Differential/incremental backup is not supported yet;
- Online imaging/cloning is not supported. The partition to be imaged or cloned has to be in an unmounted state;
- Software RAID/fake RAID/firmware RAID is not supported by default. It can be done manually only;
- Due to the image format limitation, the image can not be mounted to read. You can not recover single file from the image;
- Multiple CDs or DVDs Recovery is not supported yet. All the files have to be in one CD or DVD.

This part gathers many useful tools for you to better protect the safety of your system and data. AOMEI PXE Boot Tool is one of the many.
